Gail is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and has been in the recruiting industry since 1984. Her expertise in the Insurance industry has made her a sought after speaker in the field. She has served on the boards of both CAPS and NIRA, the number one network of insurance professionals in the country.
Donna, our Recruiting Coordinator, has been with GAA since 1997. Donna is the first point of contact for both candidates and clients. She is responsible for all candidate testing as well as the coordination of our job posting and advertising efforts.
Mary Ann joined GAA in 1994 and oversees the operational and financial aspects of the company. Additionally, she conducts research into industry trends as well as data mining and internet searches.
